Moscow Mule

  • 2 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

  • Ice

  • Lime Wedge

  1. Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice

  2. Add vodka and lime juice, fill the glass to the top with ginger beer

  3. Give the drink a quick stir and garnish with lime wedge

Classic Martini

  • 2.5 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • .5 oz Dry Vermouth

  • Ice

  • Olives

  1. Chill martini glass in the freezer

  2. Stir vodka and dry vermouth with ice for 30 sections, strain into the chilled glass

  3. Garnish with olives

Cranberry Vodka

  • 1.5 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • 4 oz Cranberry Juice

  • Ice

  • Lime Wedge/Wheel

  1. Fill a glass with ice

  2. Add vodka and cranberry juice

  3. Give the drink a quick stir and garnish with lime wedge/wheel

Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • .5 Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso

  • Coffee Beans

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake

  2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  3. Garnish with coffee beans

Bloody Mary

  • 2 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • 4 oz Tomato Juice

  • 1 Lemon Wedge & Lime Wedge

  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce

  • 2 tsp Horseradish

  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 pinch Celery Salt

  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika

  • Ice

  • Lime Wedge, Green Olives, Celery Stalk

  1. Rim pint glass with celery salt, fill with ice

  2. Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, shake gently

  4. Strain into the prepared glass

  5. Garnish with lime wedge, olives and celery stalk

Lemon Drop

  • 2 oz Cascade Street Potato Vodka

  • .5 oz Triple Sec

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Lemon peel

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake

  2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  3. Garnish with lemon peel
